1) IPGS2601 - Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager

Job Summary

IPGS is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver Enterprise/telecommunications projects including network & Security deployment, infrastructure upgrades, and system integration. The candidate will manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring delivery within scope, and timeline while maintaining quality and compliance standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Enterprise/ telecom projects (e.g., Network deployments, decommissioning, telecom backend infra deployment, Security infra deployment, upgrades etc).
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, vendors, contractors, and clients.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively mitigate risks and issues.
  • Ensure compliance.
  • Provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
  • Manage change requests and scope adjustments.
  • Ensure quality assurance and testing prior to project handover.
  • Maintain project documentation and reporting.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • 10+ years of project management experience in telecom industry.
  • Experience managing wireless (4G/5G), broadband, or network infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of telecom technologies ( LTE, 5G, IP/MPLS, OSS/BSS).
  • Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Jira, etc.).
  • Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking.
  • Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with telecom operators, ISPs, or network vendors.
  • Knowledge of telecom regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience managing large-scale, multi-site deployments.

2) IPGS2602 - Project Manager - Transformation


Role Overview

The Project Manager – Transformation will lead and deliver strategic transformation initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives, driving change adoption, and delivering measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in change management, cross-functional project leadership, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement within complex environments.


Key Responsibilities

1. Project Leadership

  • Lead large-scale transformation initiatives from initiation to closure
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

2. Transformation & Change Management

  • Drive organizational change aligned with strategic goals

3. Stakeholder Management

Education

  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams

3) IPGS2603 - Technical Designer - Telecom

Who you are?

Deep knowledge of Internet and IP/MPLS Network technologies. Specifically, broad and deep technical knowledge of the following as a minimum:

·           MPLS BGP, ISIS, OSPF, L2 & L3 VPNs, IPv6, IP-QoS, BNGs, IP Multicast, PPP, L2TP, 3rd Party Ethernet & broadband access products

·           Design skillset in IP/MPLS technologies and services

·           Familiar with Traffic and KPI indicators on IP/MPLS Networks

·           Understanding of key IP/MPLS operational and/or IP/MPLS network design requirements

·           Strong carrier grade network design, migration and implementation experience of MPLS and MPLS based VPN solutions

·           Experience with Cisco, Nokia & Juniper Service provider technologies & platforms

·           Deep understanding of packet captures, and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems based on packet analysis.

·           Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring & analysis tools (e.g., PRTG, Cacti, etc.)

·           Experience producing technical documentation including, Project Plans, High Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD)

·        Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in a relevant technical field of study

·        10+ years of relevant industry experience

·        Certifications – CCIE, experienced CCNP or equivalent of other vendors

·        Excellent communication skills

We'll be very impressed if you can also show some of these:

·        Segment Routing, Fast-Reroute

·        Hands-on experience of Nokia Service provider product line

·        MEF services (E-LAN, E-tree, E-Line.), Internet peering & transit, RIPE and NFV

4) Technical Designer - DNAC/ISE Specialist

Role Overview

The Cisco DNAC & ISE Specialist is responsible for the design, implementation, configuration, and support of enterprise network solutions leveraging Cisco DNA Center (DNAC) and Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).

The role focuses on network automation, policy-based access control, security enforcement, and integration with enterprise infrastructure systems. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in campus networking, network segmentation, authentication protocols, and automation frameworks.


Key Responsibilities

1. Cisco DNAC (DNA Center)

  • Design and deploy Cisco DNA Center in enterprise environments
  • Implement Software-Defined Access (SDA) architecture
  • Configure device discovery, inventory, and assurance features
  • Develop and maintain automation templates and workflows
  • Integrate DNAC with existing network infrastructure and third-party systems
  • Perform health monitoring, analytics, and performance troubleshooting

2. Cisco ISE

  • Design and implement Cisco ISE for network access control (NAC)
  • Configure AAA (Authentication, Authorization, Accounting) policies
  • Implement 802.1X authentication for wired and wireless networks
  • Deploy posture assessment and endpoint compliance policies
  • Configure guest access, BYOD onboarding, and device profiling
  • Integrate ISE with Active Directory, LDAP, and other identity stores

3. Network Security & Segmentation

  • Implement TrustSec and micro-segmentation policies
  • Configure policy-based access control using SGTs (Security Group Tags)
  • Support firewall and network security integrations
  • Perform security audits and compliance checks

4. Operations & Support

  • Provide L2/L3 troubleshooting support for DNAC & ISE environments
  • Analyze logs and resolve authentication and authorization issues
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and configuration standards
  • Support upgrades, patches, and lifecycle management

5. Collaboration & Governance

  • Work closely with network, security, and systems teams
  • Participate in change management and CAB processes
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field

Experience

  • 4–8+ years of enterprise network experience
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience with Cisco DNAC and Cisco ISE
  • Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, VLANs, routing, and switching
  • Experience with 802.1X, RADIUS, TACACS+, and PKI infrastructure
  • Knowledge of SD-Access architecture and network automation

Technical Skills

  • Cisco Catalyst switches (9K series preferred)
  • Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC)
  • Active Directory & LDAP integration
  • REST APIs & basic scripting (Python preferred)
  • Network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, etc.)
